VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwired - Aug. 27, 2014) - Gunpoint Exploration Ltd. ("Gunpoint" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:GUN) announces that effective in 2014, it has changed its financial year-end from October 31 to December 31 in order to align the Company's year-end with that of its parent company, which operates on a calendar year-end. As a result of this change, the Company will have a transitional 14 month financial year ending December 31, 2014.In accordance with National Instrument 51-102 Continuous Disclosure Obligations, the Company also filed a Notice of Change of Financial Year-End, which can be found under the Company's profile at www.sedar.com, and which details the Company's interim reporting periods.
