VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwired - Aug 27, 2014) - Kobex Minerals Inc. (the "Company" or "Kobex") (TSX VENTURE:KXM) is pleased to announce that it has received final approval from the TSX Venture Exchange for the change of its business from that of a mineral exploration company to an investment issuer. In connection therewith, Kobex will also change its name to "Kobex Capital Corp." and continue as a Tier 1 Company on the TSX Venture Exchange.Effective August 29, 2014, the Company will commence trading under the name Kobex Capital Corp. and continue under the symbol "KXM". Kobex's new ISIN is CA49989D1033 and its CUSIP number is 49989D103.
