TORONTO, Aug 29, 2014 - Malbex Resources Inc. (TSX VENTURE:MBG) has filed its financial statements and MD&A for the quarter ended June 30, 2014 on SEDAR (www.sedar.com). As of June 30, 2014, Malbex had negative working capital of $1.2 million including cash-on-hand of $0.1 million compared with negative working capital of $0.3 million including cash-on-hand of $0.44 million at September 30, 2013. Proceeds from the recently closed $1.0 million private placement will be used to reduce the company's negative working capital position.About Malbex
