CALGARY, Aug. 21, 2014 - Iron Tank Resources Corp. (TSX VENTURE:TNK) ("Iron Tank", or the "Company") is pleased to announce it has sold its interests in the Tennessee project for proceeds of US$ 160,000. The project in Tennessee had not obtained the results with either the workovers or the new wells that was anticipated, and the Company has determined that the best course of action was to dispose of the interests.The Company continues to evaluate business opportunities, including the potential application for a medical marijuana license and facility.
