Perth, Australia (ABN Newswire) - Atrum Coal NL (ASX:ATU) (OTCMKTS:ATRCF) advises that it has issued 1,000,000 fully paid ordinary shares to satisfy the Company's obligations pursuant to the Licence Acquisition Agreement between Anglo Pacific PLC, Panorama Coal Corporation, Kuro Coal Panorama Inc. and Atrum Coal Groundhog Inc.These securities are subject to 18 months escrow from the date of issue, with such escrow ending on or about 2 March 2016.
In accordance with ASX Listing Rules and the Corporations Act 2001, Atrum Coal NL provides the following documents:
(a) ASX Appendix 3B; and
(b) A notice under section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act 2001 ("Cleansing Statement") in relation to the issue of 1,000,000 fully paid ordinary shares.
