VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwired - Aug. 15, 2014) - Mantra Capital Inc. (TSX VENTURE:MTR) ("Mantra" or the "Company") announces that is has granted to directors, officers, and consultants a total of 605,000 stock options under the Company's Stock Option Plan. The options are exercisable at a price of $0.25 per share for a period of 10 years, and vest 1/3 on grant, 1/3 after one year and the remaining 1/3 after two years.Neither the TSX Venture Exchange nor its Regulation Services Provider (as that term is defined in the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange) accepts responsibility for the adequacy or accuracy of this release.
