RICHMOND, Sept. 24, 2014 - Nass Valley Gateway Ltd. (the "Company" or "Nass Valley") wishes to announce that at its Annual General Meeting (the "AGM") held Tuesday, September 23, 2014, Messrs. Melvin Stevens, Andrew von Kursell, John Patrick Copeland and Dieter Peter were re-elected as Directors of the Company and Manning Elliott LLP, Chartered Accountants were re-appointed as the Company's auditors. The Company's shareholders also passed the resolution ratifying the Company's stock option plan, which is a rolling 10% plan. At the board meeting held immediately after the AGM, the following officers and committee members were appointed:

The Board of Directors also approved a resolution to cancel 714,991 stock options held by the Directors and with an original expiry date of November 8, 2015. The Company will file the appropriate notice accordingly.
