Columbus Gold Issues Options

VANCOUVER, BC--(Marketwired - September 24, 2014) - Columbus Gold Corp. (TSX VENTURE: CGT) (OTCQX: CBGDF) announces that it has granted incentive stock options to certain of its directors, officers and consultants to purchase up to an aggregate of 1,150,000 common shares at an exercise price of $0.45 per share. 650,000 of the options vest immediately. 250,000 of the options vest as to 25% on March 24, 2014 and 25% at the end of each of the next three 6-month periods. 150,000 of the options vest as to 50% on September 24, 2015 and the remaining 50% on September 24, 2016. 100,000 of the options vest as to 25% on December 24, 2014 and 25% at the end of each of the next three 3-month periods. All of the foregoing options expire on September 24, 2019.
