Sydney, Australia (ABN Newswire) - Aurelia Metals Ltd. (ASX:AMI) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Tim Churcher to the role of Chief Financial Officer (CFO), based in the Company's head office in Orange.The appointment reflects the increased financial activity within the Company, with Mr Richard Willson continuing in his Company Secretarial and corporate roles.
Tim is a respected senior finance professional with over 25 years' experience in the in the mining industry with significant capability in building and leading teams to deliver financial and commercial excellence. His finance experience includes CFO roles at Evolution Mining Ltd. and Unity Mining Ltd.. Prior to this, Tim was employed in private equity investment with Renaissance Capital Limited and prior to that in stockbroking with Goldman Sachs (formerly JB Were & Son Limited).
He is an Associate of CPA Australia and has a Bachelor degree in geology, a Master's degree in minerals exploration from Imperial College London and an MBA from the Cranfield School of Management in the UK.
