NV Gold Announces Extension of Option Agreement at Rattlesnake Hills

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwired - Sept. 29, 2014) - NV Gold Corporation (TSX VENTURE:NVX) ("the Company") announced that it has reached agreement (the "Extension") with Evolving Gold Corporation ("EVG") to extend the Option Agreement between the companies under which the Company has the option to purchase a 100% interest in the Rattlesnake Hills Project, located in Natrona County, Wyoming. Under the Extension, the deadlines of all remaining payments due under the original Option Agreement are extended for a period of three months in consideration of the Company paying EVG US$75,000 and issuing EVG 200,000 common shares of the Company. The Extension is subject to approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.The Company is a Vancouver-based company whose objective is to create shareholder value by acquiring, exploring, and developing gold projects located within the major gold producing areas of the western United States.
