Allante Resources Ltd. Terminates Qualifying Transaction

Vancouver, September 30, 2014 - Allante Resources Ltd. (TSX-V: ALL.H) (the "Company"), a Vancouver-based Capital Pool Company listed on the NEX board of the TSX Venture Exchange announces that the results of the assays on the Malinga Property indicated lower than expected mineralization, and accordingly Allante Resources Inc. and the Company have elected to terminate their Share Exchange Agreement (refer to News Release May 15/14). Accordingly, the Qualifying Transaction that was the subject of the Company's Filing Statement posted on SEDAR on March 28, 2014 has been withdrawn, and the Company will be seeking a new Qualifying Transaction.
