Calibre Announces Grant of Stock Options
VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwired - Oct 9, 2014) - Calibre Mining Corp. (TSX VENTURE:CXB) (the "Company" or "Calibre") has granted 6,750,000 stock options at a price of $0.16 per share for a period of five years to various employees, officers, consultants, and directors of the Company. The options are subject to regulatory approval and are granted under the Company's stock option plan and include vesting provisions.
The Company is proceeding with a submission to the TSXV for approval of amendments to the Company's stock option plan, as more particularly described in the Company's information circular dated April 17, 2013 and approved by shareholders on May 22, 2013. Under the shareholder approved amended stock option plan, the maximum number of common shares of the Company that may be issued upon exercise of stock options is 25,000,000.
