The Company, its officers, directors and controlling shareholders have not sold or purchased shares since October 9th, 2014, which is the first known instance of the current spam campaign regarding the Company. The Company has informed all applicable regulators of the spam campaign, and is complying with all regulatory requests concerning the spam campaign. The Company has no relationship, direct or indirect, contractual or otherwise with The Street Inc. and has not provided any information to The Street Inc. to support or substantiate any of the comments made.
