Vancouver, BC / TNW-ACCESSWIRE / October 14, 2014 / Intigold Mines Ltd. (IGD - TSX-V) is pleased to announce that the Company has negotiated a non-brokered private placement of up to 10,000,000 units at a price of $0.05 per unit raising gross proceeds of up to $500,000. Each unit will consist of one common share and one common share purchase warrant (a "Warrant"). Each Warrant will entitle the holder to purchase one additional common share at a price of $0.10 per share for a period of two years from closing. The proceeds of the private placement will be used for working capital. The private placement is subject to regulatory approval. The Company will pay finder's fees of up to 10% of the gross proceeds raised, payable in cash or shares or a combination thereof.
