DNI announces the appointment of Daniel J. Weir as Chairman and CEO of the corporation

TORONTO, Nov. 14, 2014 /CNW/ - DNI METALS INC. (DNI:TSX-Ven)( DG7:FSE) The corporation is pleased to announce the appointment of Daniel J. Weir as Chairman and CEO of the company.  Dan has spent over 18 years working on Bay Street, with top financial firms.  He has raised millions of dollars for mining companies, both public and private. He is an expert at evaluating and financing mining projects.  Currently sits on the board of Mag Copper Limited.

DNI is also pleased to announce the appointment of Paul Gorman to the Board of Directors.  He brings over 20 years of experience in junior mining finance to DNI Metals Inc. Paul is also the President, CEO and Director of Great Lakes Graphite Inc.

Mr. S. Sabag, who served the company as President, CEO, and Director , has resigned for personal reasons.  We want to thank Mr. Sabag for all his dedication and hard work during his tenure.  He will continue to assist the company in an advisory role.  We wish him the best.

Mr. Michael Butler has also resigned as a Director.  The company thanks Mr. Butler for his contribution and support.
