Vancouver (FSCwire) - Noram Ventures Inc. (TSX-V: NRM) (“Noram” or the “Company”) announced today that it has granted 1,200,000 incentive stock options to certain of its directors and a consultant. Such options may be exercised at the price of $0.05 until November 11, 2019. Any shares issued on the exercise of these stock options will be subject to a four-month hold period from date of grant.
