Black Oak Minerals Limited SXG and BOK - Change of Name Timetable Update

Perth - Black Oak Minerals Ltd. (previously Southern Cross Goldfields Limited) wishes to advise that there has been an amendment to the timetable for the change of the Company's trading name on ASX and associated ASX ticker code from SXG to BOK.ASX has now informed the Company that the change of name and ASX ticker cannot occur on ASX until after completion of the current share consolidation exercise.
During the current share consolidation process the Company's securities are continuing to trade under the name Southern Cross Goldfields Limited under deferred settlement rules. This deferred settlement period will conclude no later than 11 December 2014, with normal trading to recommence the following day.
Following the completion of the share consolidation, the Company will be recognised on ASX as Black Oak Minerals Ltd. with the new ASX ticker (BOK). This will be effective from market opening on Monday 15 December 2014.
The Company will advise the market if it becomes aware of any further changes.
