VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwired - Dec 15, 2014) - Nelson W. Baker, President and CEO of Mineral Mountain Resources Ltd. ("Mineral Mountain" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:MMV)(OTCQX:MNRLF) announces that the Company has accepted the resignation of Norman "Wally" Rayner as a director and as Vice President of Exploration effective December 15, 2014. Mr. Rayner has, however, volunteered his services to the Company as an independent consultant.
The Company wishes to thank Mr. Rayner for his valuable contributions to our Canadian-based projects and for our Holy Terror and Rochford projects in the Black Hills of South Dakota, U.S.A., and for his years of service.
