Clifton Receives Distribution

ALPINE, UT, Dec. 18, 2014 /PRNewswire/ - Clifton Mining Company (OTCBB: CFTN) has received a distribution from American Silver, LLC totaling $381,250.  This distribution, as well as the royalty payments received from Desert Hawk Gold Corp. will add significantly to the Company's revenues for this year and will cover a substantial portion of Clifton's anticipated cash needs for the coming year.
