GeoNovus Signs Definitive Agreement with Greenstock Publishing

Vancouver, British Columbia (FSCwire) - GeoNovus Corp. (GNM – CSE) (GMINF – USA) (“GeoNovus” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire all of the assets of Greenstock Publishing LTD., a Canadian music publisher for ten million shares. Greenstock Publishing owns 50% of the music publishing for the popular Vancouver band, Franklins Dealers. The Greenstock Publishing business model is based on creating and acquiring music catalogs to place into major motion pictures.
GeoNovus will now be building a catalog of artists, writers and new music to promote worldwide through new media and streaming channels for the entertainment industry.
