True Zone Resources Inc. Announces the Approval of the Plan Of Arrangement by the Supreme Court of British Columbia

Vancouver, January 19, 2015 - True Zone Resources Inc. (CSE: TAZ) (the "Company") announces that further to the news release dated January 12, 2015, the Supreme Court of British Columbia approved the plan of arrangement between the Company, its five wholly owned subsidiaries: Patch Industries Ltd., Frond Resources Ltd., Oak Cliff Resources Ltd., Moshi Mountain Industries Ltd., and Elm Resources Ltd. and the shareholders of the Company (the "Arrangement").The Arrangement will have to be filed with the Corporate Registry of British Columbia before it becomes effective. The Company will issue a separate news release when the plan of arrangement becomes effective.
As announced earlier, the Company has declared January 26, 2015 as the share distribution record date for the purposes of the Arrangement. Under the Arrangement, the number of shares each Company's shareholder will hold in Patch Industries Ltd., Frond Resources Ltd., Oak Cliff Resource Ltd., Moshi Mountain Industries Ltd., and Elm Resources Ltd. will be equal to the number of Company's shares held by the Company's shareholder at the close of the business day of January 26, 2015 divided by 100.
