Garry Gill has resigned from the position of Company Secretary with effect from 22 January 2015, following the completion of the merger of Intrepid with Blackthorn Resources Ltd..
Vanessa Chidrawi and Kathleen Skerrett remain as the Company's Australian and Canadian company secretaries respectively.
