Latin American Minerals Extends Warrant Expiry
TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - Jan 21, 2015) - Latin American Minerals Inc. (TSX VENTURE:LAT) (the "Company") announces that it has received regulatory approval for a one year extension until February 4, 2016 for 5,000,000 purchase warrants with an exercise price of $0.20 per common share, previously scheduled to expire on February 4, 2015.

Latin American Minerals Inc. is a mineral exploration company which holds its core projects in Paraguay.
The Company is currently expanding its Independencia Mine pilot plant operation to encompass heap-leach gold recovery from mineralization extracted in open pit bulk sampling activities at its fully permitted mining concession. Six large gold zones are ready for drill testing on the Company's adjacent exploration claims, also part of the Company's large 15,020 hectare Paso Yobai gold project.
The Company has a second important discovery in the region at its Itapoty diamond project where 78 diamonds have been recovered to date.
