Tara Gold Resources Corp. Announces Distribution of Firma Holdings Corp. Shares
HENDERSON, NV -- (Marketwired - Jan 27, 2015) - Firma Holdings Corp. (OTCQB: FRMA) announces that Tara Gold Resources Corp. is distributing 0.38843 shares of Firma for each outstanding share of Tara Gold. Any fractional shares will be rounded down to the nearest whole share. The Record Date is January 28, 2015, and the Payment Date is February 5, 2015. Upon the completion of this distribution, Tara Gold will no longer hold any shares of Firma Holdings.
Firma Holdings was incorporated on May 12, 2006 as Tara Minerals Corp., a subsidiary of Tara Gold Resources. Tara Gold has held Tara Minerals shares since its inception. On June 3, 2014, the Articles of Incorporation were amended to change the name to Firma Holdings Corp.
