Alliance Mining Corp.: Update, January 27
Vancouver, British Columbia--(Newsfile Corp. - January 27, 2015) - Alliance Mining Corp. (TSXV: ALM) (the “Company”) The Company announces that Patrick Forseille has resigned as a director of Alliance Mining Corp. The Company would like to thank Mr. Forseille for his many years of service to the Company as a director. Further the ompany has appointment of Zenaida Manalo to act as Chief Financial Officer.
The Company also announces that it is proceeding with a shares for debt filing to pay outstanding debts of $52,210. Approximately 1,044,200 shares in the capital stock of the Company will be issued to pay these outstanding payables. This share for debt agreement is subject to TSX-V approval.
