EPM Mining Amends Common Share Terms
TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - Feb 5, 2015) - EPM Mining Ventures Inc. ("EPM" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:EPK)(OTCQX:EPKMF) today announced that it has amended the terms of its common shares (the "Common Shares") in its articles (the "Amendment"). The Amendment will allow a shareholder of the Company to convert each Common Share held into one non-voting common share (a "Non-Voting Share"), which will make it easier for the Company to obtain and retain its status as a "foreign private issuer" under applicable United States securities laws. The Non-Voting Shares are also convertible into Common Shares under certain conditions.
The Amendment was approved by shareholders of the Company at its annual and special meeting held on June 23, 2014.
