Glenmark Launches European Tour
Vancouver, BC / TheNewswire / February 20, 2015 / Glenmark Capital Corp. (TSX.V: GLM, US OTC: GLRKF and Frankfurt: 17G) ("Glenmark" or the "Company") is pleased to announce the initiation of a European tour in support of the Company's Frankfurt listing and to expand its retail and institutional following in Europe. The road-show, commencing on February 22, will include meetings with institutional investors, investment banks, analysts and fund managers in the major financial centers of Frankfurt, Berlin, Zurich and Geneva.
The Company has engaged Small Cap Invest Ltd. ("SCI") to arrange meetings in Germany. SCI, which was responsible for listing the Company's shares on the Frankfurt Exchange, is a financial services provider for small and mid-cap companies.
To coordinate meetings in Switzerland the Company has engaged Vicarage Capital, a UK based brokerage specializing in oil and gas, precious and base metals focused exploration, development and production stage companies with assets located across the globe. Vicarage's clients include resources companies such as Homestake Resource Corp., Giyani Gold Corp. and Tembo Gold Corp.
