Cosigo Board and Management Resign

VANCOUVER, Feb. 23, 2015 /CNW/ - Cosigo Resources Ltd. ("Cosigo" or the "Company") announces the resignation today of Dennis Milburn, Ted Robinson and Christine Aney from their respective board and executive positions with the Company. Andres Rendle, VP South American Operations, will continue as the sole director and officer pending appointment of new directors and officers.
The resignations follow the settlement of an ongoing dispute with a shareholder.
