California Gold Mining Issues Shares for Debt
Toronto, Ontario (FSCwire) - California Gold Mining Inc. (“California Gold” or the “Company”) announces that, further to its press release dated February 6, 2015, it has issued 2,666,672 common shares of the Company at a price of $0.07 per common share to the holding company of its former President and director, Michael Churchill in consideration for the balance of fees owing pursuant to Mr. Churchill's services agreement with the Company, valued at $186,667. The common shares issued are subject to a four month hold period that will expire on June 24, 2015.
