VANCOUVER, Feb 24, 2015 - Delta Gold Corp. (the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:DLT) confirms the receipt of $1,161,359 from Commonwealth Silver and Gold Mining Inc., on February 20, 2015, representing repayment in full of the April 30, 2014 Promissory Note ($1,050,000) plus interest ($111,359).Neither the Exchange nor its Regulation Services Provider (as that term is defined in the policies of the Exchange) accepts responsibility for the adequacy or accuracy of this release.
