Wolf Resource Development Corp. Announces Change of Name to Fura Emeralds Inc.

TORONTO, Mar 9, 2015 - Wolf Resource Development Corp. ("Wolf" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:WRD) is pleased to announce that effective March 9, 2015 the Company's name will change to "Fura Emeralds Inc." and the company's common shares will trade on the TSX Venture Exchange under its new ticker symbol, "FUR".

The shareholders of the Wolf approved the name change at the annual and special meeting of the Company's shareholders held on June 5, 2014. Further details regarding the name change is contained in the Company's Information Circular dated May 5, 2014, which has been filed on SEDAR at www.sedar.com.
