March 16, 2015 / TheNewswire / Iconic Minerals Ltd. (the "Company" or "Iconic") ((TSX-V: ICM) (FSE: YQG) announces the grant, pursuant to its 10% Rolling Stock Option Plan that was ratified and approved by shareholders on February 10, 2015 and accepted for filing by the TSX Venture Exchange on March 13, 2015, of options to eligible participants to purchase a total of 1,350,000 common shares, exercisable in whole or in part on or before March 15, 2017 at an exercise price of $0.075 per share. Of the options granted, 100,000 are being granted to an Investor Relations consultant (refer to the Company's earlier News Release dated March 16, 2015), and in accordance with Exchange policies, those options will vest as to 25% every quarter for a period of one year from the date of grant.
