NovX21 Announces Leadership Change
MONTREAL, QUEBEC--(Marketwired - Mar 26, 2015) - The Board of Directors of NovX21 Inc. (TSX VENTURE:NOV) announced that Mr. Sylvain Boulanger is stepping down for personal reasons from the position of President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company; his resignation will take effect in April 2015.
The Board of Directors of NovX21 has begun the process of meeting with potential candidates who can lead the Company into the future with passion, determination and vision.
Mr. Boulanger will remain available to ensure a smooth transition with the new CEO.

NovX21 operates an industrial prototype plant for the recovery of Platinum Group Elements (Platinum, Palladium and Rhodium, or PGMs). The plant is located near Quebec City in St-Augustin-de-Desmaures. Its patented process yields more than 97% recoveries of PGMs, and is not only much less capital extensive but also operates much more rapidly than conventional plants, thus dramatically lowering the amount of time that its customers' capital is tied up as work-in-process inventory.
