("Peregrine Diamonds" or the "Company") (TSX:PGD) advises that the exercise period for its outstanding warrants issued on October 6, 2014 pursuant to completion of a rights offering and listed on the TSX under the symbol "PGD.WT" ("Warrants") expired on Monday April 6, 2015.
