TORONTO, April 13, 2015 /CNW/ - DELISTING REVIEW - Xinergy Ltd. (the "Company") – Further to TSX Bulletin 2015-0331 dated April 7, 2015, TSX has determined to delist the common shares (Symbol: XRG) of the Company at the close of business on May 12, 2015 for failure to meet the continued listing requirements of TSX.
