Moscow City Arbitrazh Court Recessed to April 28, 2015 in Stans Case
Toronto, Ontario (FSCwire) - Stans Energy Corp. (TSX-V: HRE, OTCQX: HREEF), ("Stans" or the "Company") reports that the Moscow City Arbitrazh Court (the “Court”) held hearings on April 16, 2015 relating to the Kyrgyz Republic’s (the “Republic”) appeal to set aside the Company’s US$118,000,000 Award of the International Arbitration Court of the Moscow Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
The Kyrgyz Republic’s original application to set aside the Company’s US$118,000,000 Award has already been dismissed once by the Court. The Court recessed to April 28, 2015 to consider further arguments.
Correction to April 14, 2015
As reported on April 14, 2015 Stans Energy recently closed two Private Placements (please refer to April 14, 2015 press release for details on Placements). For Placement #1, gross and net proceeds were $25,110, with no Finders Fees paid. For Placement #2, Stans’ gross proceeds were $470,990.00 with Finders Fees payable of $11,000, for net proceeds of $459,990.00
Together both Placements generated net proceeds to Stans of $485,100.00
