(ASX:VXL) (OTCMKTS:VLQCF) ('Valence Industries') is pleased to announce that it has entered into binding Heads of Agreement for US$75M (AU$95M) in debt finance facilities for its planned expansion programs.The company will provide further details of the terms and conditions for the debt facility together with details of the proposed capital raising notified in the trading halt announcement prior to the stock resuming trading expected to be before commencement of trade on Tuesday 5th of May 2015.
