Cariboo Rose Resources Ltd. Announces Purchase of Minority Interest

VANCOUVER, BC / ACCESSWIRE / April 30, 2015 / Cariboo Rose Resources Ltd. (TSX-V: CRB) ("Cariboo Rose") has completed a purchase agreement with Badger Minerals. For total consideration of $150,000 (paid), Cariboo Rose has acquired the 30% minority interest in its Koster Dam project, a 30% interest in the Easfield Resources Ltd. ("Eastfield") (TSX-V: ETF) Big Valley Project, and approximately $95,000 in cash and marketable securities. Cariboo Rose has sold the 30% interest in the Big Valley project to Eastfield for $40,000.The purpose of the transaction is to consolidate interest in the Koster Dam project in Cariboo Rose. At Koster Dam, heavy mineral samples from several small drainages within the area of the claims returned very high gold values with some exceeding 10 g/t Au. Assessment records indicate subsequent heavy mineral sample results of up to 20 g/t Au. The claims fall within the Cretaceous/Eocene Age Nechako Basin which has recently become a significant gold environment with targets including the Newton Hill occurrence located 90 km to the west, the Blackwater Davidson occurrence located 220 km to the northwest and the Blackdome Mine located 18 km to the south.
