Vancouver, British Columbia (FSCwire) - Kalimantan Gold Corporation Limited (the “Company”) wishes to advise that Mr. Raynard von Hahn, a director of the Company, notified the Company today that on May 5, 2015, his spouse purchased 123,000 shares of the Company, on market at a price of $0.025 per share. Following this purchase, Mr. von Hahn’s spouse now holds 136,994 common shares in the Company, and Mr. von Hahn holds 24,000 common shares in the Company directly representing a combined total of 160,994 common shares or 0.04%.
