Teranga Gold Announces Results of Voting at Annual General Meeting
TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - May 12, 2015) - Teranga Gold Corp. ("Teranga" or the "Corporation") (TSX:TGZ)(ASX:TGZ) announced that at its annual general meeting of shareholders held earlier today, all seven of the nominee directors listed in the management proxy circular dated March 30, 2015 were re-elected as directors of the Corporation. The results for each of the matters voted upon at the meeting are set out below:
