Sama Announces Resignation of Board Member
MONTREAL, QUEBEC--(Marketwired - May 20, 2015) - Sama Resources Inc./Ressources Sama Inc. (TSX VENTURE:SME) ("Sama" or the "Company") wishes to report that Gen. James Gervais has resigned from the Company's board of directors, effective May 20, 2015.
Gen. Gervais has been a director since 2010 and has been a valued internationally experienced advisor to the board and management through a critical early stage growth period of the Company.
