SANTIAGO, Chile -- Orosur Mining Inc. (“Orosur” or the “Company”) (TSX:OMI, AIM:OMI), a South American-focused gold producer, developer and explorer announces that on May 20, 2015, the Company’s CEO, Mr. Ignacio Salazar completed the purchase of 200,000 Orosur shares (“Common Shares”) at an average price of GBP£ 0.092 (equivalent to C$0.175) per share.Following this purchase, Mr. Salazar has a beneficial interest in 723,000 Common Shares, representing 0.75% of the Company’s issued share capital.
