(TSX VENTURE:SRK)("Strike Diamond" or “the Corporation”) reports that further to its news release dated May 19, 2015 which announced a common share and flow-through financing (the “Financing”), the Corporation intends to change the pricing of the flow-through financing to $0.05 per flow-through unit as compared to the previously announced $0.06 per flow-through unit.
