Perth, Australia (ABN Newswire) - Valence Industries Ltd. (ASX:VXL) (OTCMKTS:VLQCF) ("Valence" or "the Company") confirms that the Prospectus dated 7 May 2015 and the Supplementary Prospectus dated 22 May 2015 (to be read in conjunction with the Prospectus) for a pro-rata renounceable rights issue ('Rights Issue Offer") and other offers, together with the revised Entitlement & Acceptance Form and Shortfall Acceptance Form, was despatched to eligible shareholders today.As per the announcement made on 21 May 2015, the timetable for the Rights Issue Offer has changed and the Rights Issue Offer now opens on 26 May 2015 and closes at 5:00pm AEST on 25 June 2015 (subject to any further extension).
