Chris has extensive experience in securities and corporate/commercial law and is currently the managing partner of Irwin Lowy LLP. He advises a number of public companies as a director and independent committees on a variety of issues. We would also like to announce that Mr. Gorden Glenn will assume the role of Interim President & CEO of the company effectively immediately.
