(Taruga or the Company) (ASX:TAR) has today issued 83,064,375 fully paid ordinary shares in the Company (Shares) at an issue price of $0.0045 each, pursuant to tranche 1 of a placement offer (Placement) made to a number of sophisticated and professional investors without disclosure under Part 6D.2 of the Corporations Act.Funds raised under the Placement will be used to fund further exploration at the Company's highly prospective tenements and for working capital purposes
