Mr. O'Farrell is the Chief Executive Officer of Lumichip Ltd., a leading provider of customized LED lighting components with operations in Asia and Europe. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) degree from University College Dublin. The appointment of Mr. O'Farrell is subject to standard reviews by regulatory authorities.
