Solvista Gold Corporation Announces Grant of Stock Options

Toronto, Ontario -- (Newsfile Corp. - June 23, 2015) - Solvista Gold Corporation (TSXV: SVV) (OTCQX: SVVZF) ("Solvista" or the "Corporation") announces the grant of a total of 2,400,000 stock options to certain officers and directors of the Corporation pursuant to the Corporation's incentive stock option plan. The stock options were granted effective June 22, 2015, exercisable at a price of $0.05 per common share and expire on June 22, 2020. The stock options vest as to one-third (1/3) on June 22, 2015, one-third (1/3) on June 22, 2016 and one-third (1/3) on June 22, 2017.About Solvista
