Great Atlantic Resources Closes Private Placement

Vancouver, British Columbia--(Newsfile Corp. - July 7, 2015) - Great Atlantic Resources Corp. (TSXV: GR) (the "Company" or " Great Atlantic ") is pleased to announce that it is has closed the last tranche of the private placement first announced May 4, 2015, and updated on June 9, 2015 and June 30, 2015 for a total of $309,375. The Company paid a cash commission of $6,000 and issued 80,000 agents' options, with each agent's option being exercisable into additional common shares at a price of $0.10 cents per agent's option share for a period of five years from the date of issuance subject to an acceleration clause. The Company announces November 7, 2015, as the hold period expiry date for the last tranche.
