Carpathian Gold Inc. to List on the Canadian Securities Exchange
TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - Jul 15, 2015) - Carpathian Gold Inc. (TSX:CPN) (the "Corporation" or "Carpathian") advises that it has received final approval to list its common shares (the "Common Shares") on the Canadian Securities Exchange (the "CSE"). As previously announced, the Corporation will voluntarily delist its Common Shares from the Toronto Stock Exchange (the "TSX").
To ensure continued and seamless trading for the Corporation's shareholders, the Common Shares will be delisted from the TSX at the close of business on July 21, 2015 and will commence trading on the CSE at market open on July 22, 2015. The number of issued and outstanding Common Shares and the Corporation's trading symbol "CPN" will remain the same.
